Order Pad settings
Every setting of the Order Pad theme block, from which products it lists and how it sorts them to columns, out-of-stock variants, retail mode and labels.
Each Order Pad block has its own settings in the theme editor. Select the block to change them. B2B Desk’s Order Pad page links to the editor with Customize in theme editor.
Products

Things to know:
- Products per page counts products, not rows. Each variant gets its own row, so a page with 25 products can show 100 rows.
- With Product tag, the pad pages through all products and keeps the ones with your tag, so some pages show fewer products than Products per page. Buyers click Load more products for the rest.
- On the storefront, Source order is called Featured in the Sort by menu.

A variant is Backorder when Shopify lets it sell with tracked inventory at zero or below. It’s Sold out when Shopify doesn’t allow it to sell.

Product, Unit price, Quantity and Line total always show. Line totals use volume pricing even when the Price breaks column is hidden.
Visitors
Show to visitors without a B2B account is off by default. When on, logged-out visitors and customers without a company see the pad at retail prices. Leave it off for a wholesale-only order form.
