What the B2B Desk Catalogs page shows about catalog slots, B2B markets and every company location's price tier, terms and last order, and how to export it.
Catalogs in B2B Desk shows how your B2B pricing is set up and what every company location ends up with. It reads your catalogs and markets from Shopify each time you open it.
Catalog slots
Basic, Grow and Advanced. The meter shows how many of your three catalogs are in use, such as “2 of 3 used”. A slot counts any active catalog in an active B2B market, or assigned to a location directly.
Each catalog card shows:
- The catalog’s price change, such as -20%, Base prices or 12 fixed prices.
- The B2B markets it’s in, or “Not in a B2B market”.
- How many company locations get it. Click the count to filter the locations table.
- How many products it has.
Empty slots say Available slot: “Create a catalog in Shopify and add it to a B2B market.”
On Plus, an Active catalogs table takes the place of slots, with each catalog’s price list and what it Applies to: locations assigned directly, markets, or “Nothing yet”.
B2B markets
Basic, Grow and Advanced. Each market with its catalog, what it Includes (All locations, By region or Specific locations) and its number of locations. Draft markets have a Draft badge, and markets without a catalog show No active catalog. Manage markets opens markets in your Shopify admin.
Company locations
Every company location, 50 per page:

Search with “Search companies and locations”, filter by Price tier, or click Show locations on a warning to filter by that issue. Clear filters resets them.
Select locations to change them in bulk. See Change pricing, terms and tax in bulk.
Warnings
A banner at the top lists pricing problems, like locations in no B2B market. See Fix pricing warnings.
Export to CSV
Export CSV downloads company-location-pricing.csv with the locations that match your current search and filters. Columns: Company, Location, Markets, Catalog, Price tier, Payment terms, Tax exempt, Checkout to draft and Last order. See Export your data.
