Export your data
Download every wholesale application, or every company location's price tier and terms, as a CSV file, and what each column contains.
B2B Desk has two CSV exports: all applications, and the company locations on the Catalogs page.
Export applications
Click Export CSV on Applications, or Export next to Export applications in Settings › Data and privacy. The file is named applications- plus today’s date, like applications-2026-10-18.csv, and includes every application in every status, whatever view or search you’re on.
| Column | Contains |

Cells that start with =, +, - or @ get a ' in front, so spreadsheet apps don’t run them as formulas.
Export company locations
Click Export CSV on Catalogs. The file is company-location-pricing.csv, with the locations matching your current search and filters.
| Column | Contains |
|---|---|
| Company, Location | Names |
| Markets | B2B markets, separated by semicolons |
| Catalog, Price tier | What the location gets |
| Payment terms | Its terms |
| Tax exempt, Checkout to draft | yes or no |
| Last order | Date, as YYYY-MM-DD |
To export every location, clear the search and filters first.
