Manage the applications list
Filter applications by status, search them, mark spam in bulk, export everything to CSV, and know what each status means.
Applications lists every application B2B Desk has received, 50 per page.
Views

Each view shows its count. On a phone, the views are in a Status menu.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |

| New | Waiting for a decision |
| Needs info | You asked the applicant for more information |
| Approving | B2B Desk is setting up the company in Shopify |
| Approved | The company, location and contact are in Shopify |
| Declined | Declined. Nothing was created in Shopify. |
| Spam | Marked as spam and out of your review queue |
Approved and declined applications can’t change status again.
Search
Search with “Search by company, contact, email or tax ID”. Every word you type must appear in the company name, the contact’s name or email, or the tax ID. Tax IDs match with or without punctuation. Search covers the view you’re in. If nothing matches, click Search all applications.
Columns
Company, Contact, Status, Location (from the billing address), Source and Submitted. Source is Storefront form, Hosted page, or Auto-approved and Auto-declined for applications a rule decided. Hover over a date to see the exact time.
Mark spam in bulk
In To review, tick applications and click Mark as spam. In Spam, tick them and click Not spam to move them back to review. Each action handles up to 50 applications.
Spam sends no emails, staff notifications or Flow triggers. Not spam moves the application back to New, but auto-approve rules don’t run on it again.
Export to CSV
Click Export CSV to download applications- plus today’s date, with every application in every status. See Export your data for the columns.
How long applications are kept
Approved, declined and spam applications are deleted 12 months after the decision, with their documents. Export first if you need a longer record. Applications that are New, Needs info or Approving are never deleted.
